In summer I would b...depends, if summer or winter. In summer I would be canning freezer stuff as fast as it unthawed until I ran out of jars. In winter I have a gas powered generator so pipes would not freeze. Insurance company will not let me put in wood stove unless put in by licensed installer. Can't get any of them to do it unless I buy their stove................don't you just love it. I know how to cook on open fire and have propane burner to do the canning on. As set as I can be here.
