You can get gel caps, like vitamin E, poke a hole in the cap and squeeze a couple of drops into the ear twice a day,then have the child lay down for a few minutes-sometimes easier said than done! Or you can warm minced garlic in olive oil then strain out the garlic and use the oil. It is nice to warm it before you put it into the ear.
